Ha‘aheo School: SY 2020-2021 Parent Survey

As we prepare for the opening of the new school year, we would like to request your feedback. Please help us plan by completing this survey (1 per child) to better help serve our students and 'ohana. Deadline to complete is July 6th.

Thank you for your continued patience and support during this time.

Distance learning survey for Hawaii DOE families

At this time we are seeking feedback from HIDOE families regarding the transition to distance learning as a result of the COVID-19 situation. The information gathered from this family survey will help HIDOE and schools to better understand the experiences and needs as related to distance learning across the state. This feedback is essential in planning for the new school year.

Parents and guardians of students enrolled at any Hawaii public or charter school are invited to complete an online survey now until June 30, 2020.

Those who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a prize drawing for a new iPad or Chromebook.
