Behavior Management Program

Be Respectful
Be Responsible
Be Safe

As a resource teacher, my goal is to help students achieve academic success, make positive choices in their behaviors, and learn life skills to become good citizens.

I enjoy supporting our students to obtain these goals by putting several incentives into place.

Class Store Monetary Reward Program:
When some students meet their learning or behavioral goals, they can earn plastic class store coins. They collect these coins into a personal "Bank." Not only are students highly motivated, but they also learn how to make coin exchanges and purchases in the Class Store.

Ha'aheo All Star Bucks

*Some students benefit from visual calendars, behavior contracts, and adult or self-monitoring behavior charts.
